Job Title: Hiring Associate – Supply Fulfillment

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (Fixed) + ₹4,000 Incentives

We are looking for a Hiring Associate – Supply Fulfillment to join our team at Installco WIFFY. The role requires fulfilling category-wise technician requirements by sourcing, calling, coordinating, and closing hiring needs on time.

The ideal candidate should have experience in calling-based hiring or recruitment, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with category and supply teams to ensure demand is met.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and coordinate with potential technicians to fulfill open requirements from category teams.

• Source technicians through telecalling, referrals, vendors, and internal databases.

• Understand category-wise demand and prioritize hiring accordingly.

• Screen candidates over calls and coordinate interviews/onboarding.

• Follow up with candidates for documentation, app onboarding, and joining confirmation.

• Maintain accurate hiring data and tracker updates (Excel / Google Sheets).

• Coordinate with internal teams to track onboarding, training, and deployment status.

• Support the Supply team in achieving monthly and weekly hiring targets.

• Share regular updates on fulfillment status, challenges, and closures.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in hiring, recruitment, telecalling, or supply operations.

• Languages: Hindi & English mandatory; any South Indian language is an added advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Experience in blue-collar / field workforce hiring is a plus.
