Telecalling Executive

• Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, and distributors to promote products and take feedback?

• Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to agrochemical products, usage, dosage, and pest issues.

• Record customer interactions and maintain an accurate database of calls and feedback.

• Provide follow-up support for unresolved queries and escalate complex issues to technical experts.

• Coordinate with the sales team and update them on leads, complaints, or requirements.

• Educate farmers about seasonal crop protection solutions, safety measures, and best practices.

• Translate product information into local languages clearly and effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum graduate in Agriculture or related field preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and at least one regional language.

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).

• Patience and ability to handle customer pressure.

• Knowledge of agrochemical products or farming practices is a plus.
