Job Title: Telecaller cum Receptionist

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and well-spoken Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our team at the Yoga Institute. The role involves managing front-desk operations while handling inbound and outbound calls related to course inquiries, registrations, and general assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in visitors and handle front-desk reception duties with warmth and professionalism.

• Handle incoming calls, follow-up calls, and inquiries related to yoga programs and workshops.

• Maintain proper records of student inquiries, registrations, and attendance.

• Provide clear and accurate information about various courses, timings, and fee structures.

• Support administrative tasks, assist faculty, and coordinate with internal departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Calm, courteous, and patient approach

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
