Telecalling Executive

Role: Telecaller – A&T EduTech, Panvel
Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contact students and explain our IT courses such as Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Full Stack Development, Cloud Computing, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students/parents to introduce A&T EduTech’s career-oriented IT programs.

• Explain course details, fees, batches, placements, and internship opportunities.

• Convert leads into walk-ins for counseling sessions.

• Maintain follow-up calls until enrollment is completed.

• Update call records in Excel/CRM daily.

• Provide a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Convincing and problem-solving skills.

• Freshers can apply; training will be provided.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
