Job Description –
Handle incoming calls, emails, and website inquiries, and respond quickly with helpful information.
Make daily follow-up calls to convert interested students into enrolled ones.
Help students with login issues, course access, and general website questions.
Schedule demo sessions to explain course content and features.
Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses.
Update and manage lead details in the CRM accurately.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.
Address student questions or concerns politely and effectively.
Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth onboarding.
Share brochures, fees, and course details through official channels.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the manager.
Attend training and team meetings to improve skills and stay updated.
Take on other related tasks as assigned by the management.
