Job Description

Digital Ora is looking for a motivated Telecaller/Telesales Executive to connect with potential business clients, understand their marketing requirements, explain our digital marketing services, generate leads and convert interested prospects into paying customers.

Along with a fixed monthly salary of ₹8,000–₹10,000, the selected candidate will receive an incentive of ₹2,000 for every customer who successfully purchases a service.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and business owners.
Explain services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Website Development, Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.
Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings or service demonstrations with interested clients.
Convert prospective leads into paying customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation and sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.

Eligibility and Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, business development or customer service
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Strong communication and convincing skills
Positive and target-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred
Ability to communicate confidently with potential clients

Salary and Incentive

Fixed salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month
Sales incentive: ₹2,000 for every customer who successfully purchases a service
Incentive potential: No fixed limit; earn more with every successful conversion
