Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.

• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate records.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during interactions.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).

• Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required].

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Time management and organizational skills.

• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Salary :- 2LPA To 3LPA 

Experience - 1-2 year
