Job Summary:

Casagrand Premier Builders Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Female Tele callers with a minimum of 1 year of experience in voice process (Domestic/International). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about real estate and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on daily operational requirements.

• Clearly explain the features, pricing, and benefits of real estate projects as per the company script.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits or potential customers.

• Maintain a professional tone and ensure customer satisfaction on every call.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and internal systems.

• Meet daily call targets:

• Be well-informed about Pune’s localities and routes, especially around East Pune.

• Work in shifts as per business requirements, including weekends and extended hours when needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female (preferred)

• Education: Graduate / non-graduate

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a voice process (Tele calling – Domestic/International)

• Communication:

  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi

  • Any additional regional language is a plus

• Skill Set:

  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills

  • Results-driven with a persistent approach

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telephone tools

  • Good presentation and time management abilities

  • Team player with cultural awareness and a professional attitude

Work Conditions:

• Fixed Week Off: Tuesdays (4 days off/month)

• Week off preference will not be considered

• Flexibility required for:

  • Shifts

  • Shift extensions

  • Working on weekends
