Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven B2B Telesales Executives with excellent English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will engage with business clients internationally, understand their requirements, and present our products/services convincingly to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients and generate leads.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and present solutions persuasively.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English (B2 level or higher).
Proven experience in B2B sales or telesales.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to listen actively and understand client requirements.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
