Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. • Explain product details, offers, and services clearly and persuasively. • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. • Update and maintain accurate records in CRM/software. • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. • Maintain a professional, customer-first approach in all interactions. Requirements • Good communication skills in Hindi and English. • Ability to engage customers with clarity and confidence. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools). • Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn. • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. • Candidates with a Civil Engineering background will be preferred.
