Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and persuasive Female Sales Executive to join our wedding planning team. Your primary role will be to connect with potential clients via telephone, present our premium wedding packages, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Proactively call leads provided by the company to introduce our wedding services.

• Consultative Sales: Understand the client's vision and explain our wedding packages in detail.

• Pitching & Negotiation: Effectively communicate the value of our services and convince clients to finalize their bookings.

• Relationship Management: Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone to build trust with high-end clients.

• Goal Achievement: Meet daily calling targets and monthly booking goals.

Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: Must have excellent command over spoken English and Hindi.

• Communication Skills: Should be soft-spoken with a professional phone etiquette.

• Sales Acumen: Strong ability to handle objections and close deals.

• Personality: Energetic, patient, and highly self-motivated.

• Education: Graduate in any field (Hospitality or Marketing background is a plus).
