Job Description

Job Title: Collection Telecaller (Experienced)

Location: Greater Noida (Surajpur, Site-4)

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in Collections/Recovery

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for overdue loan/EMI payments.
Follow up with customers and negotiate repayment commitments.
Achieve daily calling and collection targets.
Update customer interactions and payment status in the CRM.
Handle customer queries professionally while following company guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in Collection/Recovery calling (Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Credit Card, Personal Loan, etc.).
Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
