We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls related to customer queries, sales, cross-selling, product information, and feedback collection. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming & outgoing customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Make outgoing calls for sales, follow-ups, promotions, and customer engagement.
Explain company products and services to customers clearly.
Promote and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
Inform customers about new product arrivals, offers, and updates.
Conduct feedback and satisfaction calls to maintain customer relationships.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate call records and customer details in the system.
Coordinate with the sales and support team for customer requirements.
Handle customer complaints politely and provide proper solutions or escalation.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Perform other telesales and telecalling-related activities as assigned.
