Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

Experience Required: 6 Months to 3 Years

Location: [nx one Greater noida west , Tech Zone 4]

Salary: [15000-25000]

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.

  • Explain real estate projects (residential/commercial properties) to clients.

  • Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

  • Follow up with interested customers regularly.

  • Maintain and update customer database in Excel/CRM.

  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling (Real Estate preferred).

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

  • Confident and persuasive speaking skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Target-oriented and positive attitude.

  • Skills Preferred:

  • CRM handling knowledge.

  • Lead generation experience.

  • Strong follow-up skills.

  • Ability to convince and close appointments.
