Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Experienced in Visa & Immigration Tele calling Executive to join our Visa & Immigration / International Manpower team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients regarding visa procedures or overseas job opportunities, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain visa/immigration services or international job opportunities.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Follow up with leads, maintain regular communication, and convert inquiries into registrations.

• Provide accurate information on documentation, eligibility criteria, processing timelines, and service fees.

Sales & Lead Management

• Identify customer needs and guide them with suitable visa categories or manpower opportunities.

• Maintain and update lead records in CRM/software.

• Achieve monthly targets related to lead conversion, registrations, or sales.

Documentation Assistance

• Assist clients in understanding and completing required documents for visa processing or overseas recruitment.

• Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure smooth workflow.

Customer Support

• Build positive relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Resolve client queries, escalate issues when needed, and ensure timely follow-up.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, processing, and recruitment teams for timely client updates.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on visa rules, job requirements, and process changes.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
