Role Description:-
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Inside Sales Coordinator. The role involves directly supporting the sales team in increasing revenue by handling Create Leads, Prepare Quotation, Quotation Fallup & Negotiation, order processing, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining sales records, coordinating with clients, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and providing top-notch customer service. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with various internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
Mandatory Qualifications:-
• Compulsory having experience in Inside Marketing OR Inside Sales with Engineering or manufacturing industries only.
• Fluency in English & Computer
• Candidate should be Ahmedabad resident only
• Candidate having minimum 5 years’ experience in Inside Marketing OR Inside Sales
Qualifications:-
• Expertise in Inside Sales and Order Processing
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in managing sales records and coordination across departments
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar role is advantageous
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
