Position: Telecaller / Sales ExecutiveDepartment: Digital Marketing SalesWork Type: Inbound & Outbound CallingGoal: Sell digital marketing services and generate leadsKey ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to explain and sell digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Website, Ads, Branding etc.).Handle inbound calls from interested leads and provide complete service information.Understand client needs and suggest suitable digital marketing plans.Maintain a database of customer calls and follow-ups.Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients.Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding.Required SkillsGood communication skills in English & HindiConfident in pitching and explaining marketing servicesAbility to handle objections and close salesBasic understanding of digital marketing (training can be provided)Positive attitude and target-focused mindsetGood listening and customer-handling ability
