Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries, generate leads, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain company products or services clearly and professionally.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, or payments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM or database.
Meet daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Requirements
High school diploma or graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers can also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
