हमारी फैक्ट्री में टेली-कॉलिंग असिस्टेंट की आवश्यकता है। उम्मीदवार को फैक्ट्री से संबंधित ग्राहकों/कॉन्टैक्ट्स से फोन पर बातचीत करना, जानकारी देना, फॉलो-अप करना और रोज़ाना की कॉलिंग से जुड़ी जानकारी दर्ज करनी होगी।

📌 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

ग्राहकों/कॉन्टैक्ट्स को फोन करना।
कंपनी और फैक्ट्री के प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी देना।
ग्राहकों से फॉलो-अप करना।
फोन पर ग्राहकों के सवालों का जवाब देना।
रोज़ाना की कॉलिंग और फॉलो-अप का रिकॉर्ड रखना।
संबंधित टीम के साथ ग्राहकों की जानकारी साझा करना।
दिए गए दैनिक कार्य और टारगेट को पूरा करना।

हिंदी में अच्छी बातचीत करने की क्षमता।
आत्मविश्वास और अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल।
फोन पर ग्राहकों से बात करने की क्षमता।
बेसिक मोबाइल/कंप्यूटर की जानकारी।
समय पर फैक्ट्री में उपस्थित रहने की क्षमता।

💰 वेतन

₹8,000 – ₹17,000 प्रति माह
