Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads to promote services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to callers.

• Maintain a database of leads information and call records.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into potential clients.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude on calls.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in [Hindi required].

• Ability to handle rejection.
