Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Executive – Modular Furniture

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller for our modular furniture business.

Responsibilities:

Call potential customers and generate sales leads for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized furniture.
Explain company products, designs, pricing, and offers to customers.
Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits or showroom visits.
Follow up with existing and new leads regularly.
Maintain customer database and update lead status.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order closure.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of sales calling, customer handling, and follow-up.
Experience in modular furniture, interior, kitchen, wardrobe, or related sales will be preferred.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining customer records.

Ability to convert inquiries into sales
