Take incoming calls from customers
Answer questions about banking services
Solve issues with clarity and empathy
Keep records and follow company procedures
Work with your team to hit service goals
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Good English-speaking skills
Freshers and experienced both welcome
Prior BPO/customer service experience is a plus
Day shift only – no night work
Sunday off
