We are seeking an energetic Telecaller to assist customers regarding used car loan products. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, explaining loan benefits, and guiding customers through the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding used car loans.

• Explain loan features, eligibility, EMI options, and documentation process.

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages, and databases.

• Maintain daily records of calls and customer responses.

• Transfer interested leads to the sales/field team for further processing.

• Provide assistance to customers regarding loan queries and application status.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
