Telecaller Job Responsibilities :-

Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services.
Receive inbound calls and answer customer queries politely.

Handle customer complaints and provide proper solutions.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales targets.

Update team leaders about call status and results.
