Telecaller Job Responsibilities :-

  1. Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services.

  2. Receive inbound calls and answer customer queries politely.

  3. Explain product/service details clearly and convince customers.

  4. Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

  5. Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel.

  6. Handle customer complaints and provide proper solutions.

  7. Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales targets.

  8. Build good relationships with customers.

  9. Provide accurate information about offers, pricing, and policies.

  10. Update team leaders about call status and results.
