Telecaller Outbound

General Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and addressing customer queries.

• Making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.

• Explaining products, services, or offers in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM/software.

• Following up with potential leads and existing clients for sales or service updates.

• Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating when necessary.

• Achieving daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

• Adhering to scripts, company policies, and compliance requirements.

• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve processes.

Inbound Telecaller:

• Receiving calls from customers seeking support, product details, or service help.

• Resolving issues or directing calls to the appropriate department.

Outbound Telecaller:

• Initiating calls to generate leads or sales.

• Conducting surveys, gathering market information, or promoting campaigns.
