Telecaller Outbound

1. Outbound Calling

• Call potential or existing customers to inform them about a product, service, or offer.

• Follow a prepared script to persuade customers.

2. Lead Generation

• Identify potential leads and convert them into qualified prospects.

• Collect and verify customer details for future follow-up.

3. Customer Engagement

• Answer incoming calls from customers.

• Respond to inquiries about products, services, or company policies.

• Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues.

4. Sales Support

• Explain product features and pricing.

• Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.

• Record and report customer interest or orders.

5. Data Entry & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM systems or spreadsheets.

6. Follow-Up

• Call back interested customers or follow up on previous calls.

• Send follow-up emails or messages if needed.

7. Achieving Targets

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets set by the team lead or manager.

8. Feedback Collection

• Collect feedback from customers and report recurring issues or suggestions.
