Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound fundraising calls to potential and existing donors.

• Clearly explain the organization’s mission, goals, and specific campaigns.

• Convince and motivate individuals to contribute financially.

• Maintain accurate donor and call records in the database.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.

• Follow up with donors for pledge fulfillment and recurring donations.

• Handle donor queries with professionalism and empathy.

• Participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Persuasive and confident telephone manner.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Good listening skills and empathy towards donor concerns.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Prior experience in tele calling, fundraising, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
