1) Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
2) Promote and sell our products effectively.
3) Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
4) Ensuring KPIs are followed and managed on daily basis.
5) Create follow ups, maintain lead status and filter warm leads for sales.
6) Probing to understand customer requirements.
7) Having an experience to deliver consistent sales performance
Experience:
1 years to 3 years (Telecalling/Telesales experience)
Preference for candidates from credit card, loan, insurance, or GPS sales background.
Education: 10th/12th/Graduate
Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).
Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume calling.
Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with CRM tools.
