Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for confident and motivated Telecallers to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers (fresh leads provided by the company), explaining services clearly, building trust, and converting leads into successful closures. This role is performance-based and offers high earning potential for candidates who are driven and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Calling – Contact fresh leads provided daily by the company.

• Follow-ups – Build rapport and maintain communication with prospects.

• Service Explanation – Clearly explain our services, offers, and benefits.

• Conversions – Motivate and guide customers to close deals.

• Reporting – Update call status, follow-up details, and closures daily on WhatsApp.

• Achieve Targets – Work towards monthly and weekly closure goals.
  
  Requirements

  • ✅ Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred but not mandatory).

  • ✅ Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

  • ✅ Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.

  • ✅ Smartphone + New SIM required for calling.

  • ✅ Self-motivated and willing to learn.
