Telecaller Outbound

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).

• Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve targets.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Maintain strong knowledge about products/services for effective pitch.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or similar role (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
