Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Handle inbound queries and follow-up calls.
Explain products/services to customers and generate interest.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain daily call logs and update customer records.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly calling targets.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Fluent in Hindi; English proficiency is a plus.
Polite and customer-friendly attitude.
