Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for energetic and confident freshers who can communicate well in English and are interested in building a career in Computer Operator/Data Entry Operator/inside sales / outbound calling. If you enjoy talking to people and want an opportunity to learn sales skills, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Research on Internet for Database Enrichment

• Market Research and Database Research and Social media Marketing

• Introduce company products/services and generate interest

• Explain features, benefits, and basic product information

• Fix appointments, schedule demos, or qualify leads

• Maintain call logs and update Excel regularly

• Maintain professionalism and good communication etiquette on calls

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th Pass (Any stream)

• Good English communication is mandatory

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry) is a plus

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided on the job free of cost
