Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Process Associate to support NGO-related campaigns. The role involves communicating with donors or supporters, maintaining records, resolving queries, and ensuring high-quality service while meeting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to NGO campaigns.
Explain NGO programs and fundraising initiatives to potential donors.
Maintain accurate donor and campaign records.
Resolve customer or donor queries professionally.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Follow company policies and data privacy guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
