Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Executive to verify delivery partner documents, create IDs, and support partners through the login and activation process. The role involves coordination, communication, and maintaining high accuracy in documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify delivery partner documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, Bank Details, etc.

Cross-check and confirm accurate Date of Birth (DOB) and all mandatory information before ID creation.

Create IDs for eligible delivery partners in the system with 100% accuracy.

Contact delivery partners through outbound calls to inform them about their ID status and onboarding completion.

Guide delivery partners on login steps and assist them with first-time login or app setup issues.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with Freshers.
