Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Female Telecaller (Outbound) to join our team at Manvi Financial Services Consultant Private Limited. This role involves calling potential customers, explaining our loan services, and helping them choose the right financial solutions. Your main responsibility will be to talk to new clients, generate interest, and maintain good relationships with customers. The salary offered is ₹8000 – ₹10000 (in-hand), along with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and connect with potential customers.

Explain and promote our loan and financial services clearly.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable options.

Follow up with interested customers and provide support.

Maintain records of daily calls and responses.

Assist in completing the loan process smoothly.

Job Requirements:

This job is only for female candidates. The minimum education required is 10th pass or above. Freshers can apply (0 – 6 months of experience). Good communication skills, polite behavior, and confidence are important for this role. Basic knowledge of lead generation will be an advantage.
