We are looking for a high-energy, disciplined Telecaller to join our team. This is a target-oriented role that requires a high volume of daily outreach. The ideal candidate must be comfortable multitasking between making calls, sending professional emails, and coordinating via WhatsApp.
l High-Volume Calling: Maintain a daily target of 120+ connected calls to prospective leads or clients.
l Multi-Channel Follow-up: Immediately send a professional Email and WhatsApp message to every connected call to ensure maximum engagement.
l Data Management: Accurately maintain and update all lead information, call statuses, and client feedback in MS Excel daily.
l Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit a Daily Work Report (DWR) at the end of each day, summarizing call connectivity, leads generated, and follow-ups sent.
l Relationship Building: Communicate clearly and persuasively to represent the company’s brand effectively.
l Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
l Technical Proficiency: • Basic knowledge of MS Excel (Data entry and filtering).
l Ability to draft professional, error-free Emails and WhatsApp messages.
l Communication: Fluent in Hindi(Bacis Understanding of English) with a polite and convincing telephone manner.
l Stamina & Discipline: Ability to handle high-volume calling while maintaining a positive attitude throughout the day.
l Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
l Office-Based: This is a 100% "Work from Office" position.
l Structure: You will be responsible for managing your own data and reporting your progress daily to the management.
