Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who can communicate clearly with customers, understand their requirements, and provide accurate information about our products/services. The candidate should be confident, polite, and goal-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per provided data

• Explain company products and services clearly

• Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or confirmations

• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets

• Handle customer objections professionally

• Coordinate with sales and support teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or calling software)

• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers

• Freshers can apply (experience is an added advantage)

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in tele calling or customer service

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

• Weekly Off: As per company policy

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
