Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team at at Ravihaan Global Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹19000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a database of potential clients from various sources (restaurants, cafes, offices, etc.)

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to convert leads into sales

- Manage existing leads from sources like Indiamart, Justdial, and social media platforms

- Create and maintain MIS (Management Information System) of all call logs

- Send daily reports to management by EOD (End of Day)

- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients

Job Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
