Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Interior Designer Telecaller to join our growing team. This role is crucial for generating new business leads and nurturing client relationships through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively explain our services and design philosophy to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls to introduce Company Name's interior design services.

• Client Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their design needs, project scope, budget, and timeline.

• Service Explanation: Clearly and concisely articulate the value proposition of our interior design services, showcasing our expertise and unique approach.

• Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations and meetings for our interior designers with qualified leads.

• Database Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions, and lead statuses in our CRM system.

• Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.

• Market Research: Assist in identifying new market opportunities and client segments.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the design, real estate, or home improvement industry.

• Interior Design Acumen: A strong interest in and basic understanding of interior design principles, styles, and trends. While not a design role, familiarity with the industry is a significant advantage.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a clear and persuasive phone presence.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with a diverse range of individuals.

• Sales Acumen: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset.

• Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing lead information and scheduling.

• Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in interior design, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
