Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a persuasive and goal-driven Telesales Agent to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services, respond to inquiries, and maintain customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain and update customer database with relevant information.

• Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

• Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and market trends.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
