Role: Outbound Calling Executive

As an Outbound Calling Executive, you will be the voice of Enrich, connecting with existing and potential customers to share exclusive offers, book appointments, and enhance their overall salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers from the existing database

• Promote salon services, offers, and new launches

• Book and confirm salon appointments across our locations

• Answer basic customer queries and guide them accordingly

• Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions

• Work towards daily/weekly calling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

• Prior experience in telesales or customer service preferred

• Positive attitude and target-driven approach

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
