Job Vacancy for Admission Counsellor:

An Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students in selecting the right engineering program, ensuring smooth admission procedures, and achieving enrollment targets.

Location : Thane 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling & Follow-ups:

   • Making outbound calls to prospective students and their parents.

   • Following up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

2. Counseling & Guidance:
   
   

   • Understanding student interests and academic backgrounds.

   • Providing detailed information about engineering courses, eligibility, and admission processes.

3. Convincing & Enrollment:
   
   

   • Addressing queries and concerns to convince students for admission.

   • Assisting in completing application forms and required documentation.

4. Lining Up & Scheduling:
   
   

   • Arranging appointments for campus visits, interviews, or entrance exams.

   • Coordinating with faculty and admission teams for smooth processing.

5. Reporting & Documentation:
   
   

   • Maintaining records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

   • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports on admission progress.

Skills Required:

✔ Strong communication & persuasion skills
✔ Good knowledge of engineering programs & admission procedures
✔ Ability to handle objections & resolve queries effectively
