• Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database or through self-sourced leads.

• Explain course details, benefits, fees, and admission process clearly and confidently.

• Follow up with interested candidates via calls, messages, or emails.

• Convert leads into admissions by effective counseling and persuasion.

• Maintain a daily call log and update CRM or lead tracking system.

• Handle inbound queries related to courses and provide prompt assistance.

• Support marketing campaigns by targeting specific audiences and generating quality leads.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
