Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services effectively.
Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments/meetings where required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with Reporting Manager.
Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Good listening and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to work under target-driven environments.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
