Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team at . The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers Upto 25,000/- and opportunities for career growth.

• Outbound Calling:

  Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services and generate interest. 

• Inbound Handling:

  Addressing customer inquiries and sales calls that come into the company. 

• Lead Qualification:

  Identifying and qualifying potential customers who are likely to make a purchase. 

• Closing Sales:

  Persuading customers to make a purchase and completing the sales transaction. 

• Meeting Sales Targets:

  Achieving individual and team sales goals, often measured on a monthly or quarterly basis. 

• Upselling and Cross-selling:

  Identifying opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing customers. 
  

  Other Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing. 

  • Sales Reporting: Preparing and submitting sales reports to management. 

  • Collaboration: Working with other team members, including field sales teams, to achieve overall sales goals. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Seeking feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and participating in training sessions. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 6 month. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
