Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our real estate properties and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries related to residential and commercial properties.

• Understand client requirements and provide relevant property information.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for property site visits.

• Maintain and update the client database accurately.

• Follow up with existing leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth communication.

• Provide timely reports on call activities, lead status, and conversions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline).

• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Good persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

• Positive attitude, energetic, and customer-oriented.

Key Skills:

• Lead generation and cold calling

• MS Office / CRM tools familiarity (preferred)
