Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team at at Vertech Health Solutions India Pvt. Ltd . The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing vendors and inactive/discontinued distributors.

Convince and motivate distributors to restart working with the company.

• Regular follow-ups for orders, payments, confirmations, and pending details.

  Handle inbound calls and respond to vendor/distributor queries professionally.

  Maintain and update accurate data in the CRM system.

  Keep proper records of calls, follow-ups, commitments, and outcomes.

  Coordinate with internal sales, accounts, and backend teams.

  Ensure timely follow-ups and strong relationship management.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
