Position: Sales Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary / काम का उद्देश्य

Sales Telecaller का काम इनकमिंग/आउटगोइंग कॉल्स के माध्यम से ग्राहकों को प्रोडक्ट के बारे में बताना, उनकी ज़रूरत समझना और उन्हें खरीदारी के लिए कन्वर्ट करना है।

📝 Key Responsibilities / मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ

• ग्राहकों को रोज़ाना कॉल करना और प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी देना

• Leads को qualify करना और उन्हें sales में बदलना

• ग्राहक की जरूरत को समझकर सही product recommend करना

• Daily calling target और sales target achieve करना

• CRM या Excel sheet में रोज़ाना data update करना

• ग्राहकों की queries को polite और professional तरीके से handle करना

• Follow-up calls के माध्यम से conversion बढ़ाना

• Order confirmation और payment-related जानकारी देना

🎯 Requirements / योग्यता

• 12th Pass / Graduate (कोई भी stream)

• Basic communication skills (Hindi जरूरी, English basic चलेगा)

• Sales या calling का experience हो तो प्रिफरेंस

• Phone और basic computer knowledge आवश्यक

• Target-based काम करने की क्षमता

• Positive attitude और convincing power
