Telecaller Outbound

• Make outbound calls to Indian clients for services such as income tax filing, accounting, TDS compliance, company formation, and more

• Initiate outreach to US and UK-based accounting professionals (ACCA/CPA firms) to explain our outsourcing services and schedule introductory meetings

• Maintain communication and follow-up with international leads through email, WhatsApp, and scheduled calls

• Assist in preparing basic sales materials, service summaries, and email drafts for international prospects

• Respond to inbound inquiries and forward them to the appropriate team members

• Manage client records and call logs using Excel or CRM tools

• Assist in onboarding new clients and gathering necessary documentation

• Stay informed about the firm’s service offerings and compliance timelines

• Support accounting and compliance teams and learn processes, if interested
