Job Description

Position: Telecaller – Digital Marketing Location: New Ashok Nagar, Delhi Company: Aptech Services Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-time / Fresher-friendly

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential bussiness.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
Follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism during calls.

🛠 Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts preferred (training will be provided).
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and confidence.
Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling experience is an advantage.
